- 2 bananas
- 2 cups frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup frozen peach slices
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 2 tsp ground flax seed.
For the pink layer:
- 1 serving frozen pink dragonfruit (you can also use frozen raspberries).
- Blend the base ingredients until smooth and set about 1/2-2/3 of it aside.
- Blend the remaining base with the frozen pink dragonfruit until smooth, then layer the smoothie in a jar.
- Layering is obviously optional! Feel free to simply blend all the ingredients at once.
