Layered Smoothie

Ingredients

Base:

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen peach slices
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 2 tsp ground flax seed.

For the pink layer:

  • 1 serving frozen pink dragonfruit (you can also use frozen raspberries).

Instructions

  1. Blend the base ingredients until smooth and set about 1/2-2/3 of it aside.
  2. Blend the remaining base with the frozen pink dragonfruit until smooth, then layer the smoothie in a jar.

Notes

  • Layering is obviously optional! Feel free to simply blend all the ingredients at once.
