Root Veggie Juice

This juice is the perfect way to celebrate the beginning of the new season!


  • 1 thumb fresh ginger root 
  • 10 carrots 
  • 1 large beet (or 2 small beets)
  • 2 apples
  • 35 celery stalks 


  1. Wash the produce. 
  2. Add it to your juicer (cutting larger fruits and veggies into small pieces.)
  3. Add everything to your juicer, juice it. 
  4. Strain the juice (optionally). 
  5. Enjoy!
