Ingredients 

  • 3 medium purple carrots
  • 1 medium purple sweet potato
  • 2 Jona Gold apples or any other sweet apples
  • ½ handful fresh purple basil optional

Instructions

  • Prep the produce by washing the carrots, apples, and sweet potato. Next, cut the apple into quarters and remove the seeds (optional, you can also add the apples whole).
  • If you're using a juicer with a wide opening (such as the Nama J2 Cold Press Juicer), add all ingredients at once. If you're using a different juicer, cut the ingredients into smaller pieces and then add them one by one once you turn on the juicer.
  • Start juicing! Turn on the juicer and watch the magic happen.
  • Serve and enjoy! Pour the juice into glasses or jars over some ice cubes and enjoy.

Notes

This recipe makes about 750mL/3 cups of juice, which is the equivalent of 3 small or 1-2 large servings.
