This flavorful creamy tomato coconut pasta sauce is super easy to make, ready in just 5 minutes and completely dairy-free! Serve it over your favorite pasta or store it in the fridge for later.
Add the all ingredients to a nonstick saucepan and heat over high heat and set a timer for 4 minutes.
Using a silicone whisk (to avoid scratching the saucepan), whisk the sauce until everything is well incorporated and there are no lumps.
Let the sauce thicken, then whisk again.
Once ready, serve over your favorite cooked pasta and enjoy! TIP: if you want the pasta to be ready in 5 minutes as well, use gnocchi since those only take 2 minutes to cook.
Notes
TIP: To minimize the prep time, add the tomatoes, coconut cream, and cornstarch first, then add all other ingredients one by one while the sauce is already cooking. This way you won't have to assemble everything beforehand.
