Ingredients

  • 2 oranges
  • 4 small carrots or 2 large carrots

  • 2 apricots or an extra peach

Instructions

  • Prep the ingredients by peeling the oranges, removing the pits from the peach and apricots, and washing the carrots, sweet potato, and stone fruits.
  • Place the ingredients into your juicer (see notes) and start juicing.
  • Turn on your juicer and strain the juice if necessary.
  • Serve in glasses or jars with some ice cubes (optional).

Notes

  • If your juicer doesn't have a wide opening like the one I used here, you'll need to cut the ingredients into smaller pieces, adding them one by one.
  • Instead of using 1 peach and 2 apricots, you can also use 2 peaches or 4 apricots.
  • You can't really taste the sweet potato, but if you'd rather not use it, simply replace it with 2-4 extra carrots.
