Ingredients

  • 3 medium yellow carrots regular carrots work too

  • 1 ripe mango
  • ¼ pineapple
  • 1 kiwi gold optional, green works too
  • 1 thumb fresh ginger root optional

Equipment

Nama J2 Cold Press juicer in white

Instructions

  • Prep the produce by washing the carrots, beets, and kiwi. Next peel and remove the pit from the mango and remove the pineapple rind. Optionally, you can also cut off the ends of the beets and carrots.
  • Add your ingredients to your juicer (note: I use the Nama J2, which allows me to add everything at once, but if you’re using a different juicer, you might need to cut the produce into smaller pieces and then add them one by one once you turn on it on).
  • Start your juicer and watch the magic happen.
  • Pour the juice in glasses over ice cubes and enjoy!

Notes

  • This recipe makes about 3 cups (750mL), which comes out to 3 small or 2 large servings.
  • You can optionally strain the juice once it's ready (I usually prefer not to, but feel free to try it out to see which option you prefer.)
