This 5-ingredient super green juice is easy to make and a great natural and healthy energy booster. Made with fresh mint, spinach, kiwi, green apple & ginger, it's a refreshing green juice that'll energize you on a busy day.

Ingredients 

  • 1 lb (450 g) Fresh Spinach Leaves
  • 3 Green Apples
  • 3 Kiwis
  • 1 bunch Fresh Mint Leaves or to taste
  • 1 thumb Ginger Root

Instructions

  • Prepare your produce by washing it, then patting it dry using a kitchen towel. If desired, peel your fruit (I left the apples unpeeled, but peeled the kiwis). Next, cut your produce into smaller pieces according to the size of your juicer's hopper.
  • Add the produce to your juicer, close the lid, then turn it on and start juicing. If you're using a different juicer (or an earlier model), you'll need to add the produce pieces one by one instead.
  • Finally, strain your juice (this step is optional) and either pour it into glass jars with ice cubes or store it in glass bottles in the fridge and enjoy later!
