This daily beet juice is your perfect go-to beet juice! In addition to beets, this freshly homemade cold-pressed juice also includes kiwifruit, ginger, lemon, celery, parsley, and green apple, making it a refreshing nutrient powerhouse you can drink every day to feel your best!
Prep the produce by peeling the lemon and removing its seeds, washing the apple and celery and cutting off the ends of the celery, kiwi, and beets.
Add the produce to your juicer's hopper (you may need to cut some of the ingredients into smaller pieces to fit), making sure you add the parsley, ginger, and lemon first.
Turn your juicer on and start juicing.
Optionally strain your daily beet juice, then either serve immediately (ideally over ice cubes) or store in an airtight glass bottle in the fridge for up to 2-3 days.
Notes
This recipe makes one large serving of approximately 16fl.oz./500mL or two small servings of 8fl.oz/250mL each.
