Ingredients 

  • ¼ watermelon medium, rind removed
  • ½ head romaine lettuce
  • 1 lemon
  • 5 mint leaves or more, to taste (double the amount for a more intense mint taste)

Instructions

  • Prepare the produce by cutting off the rind of the watermelon and then cutting it into large chunks. Next, peel the lemon and remove its seeds.
  • Add the watermelon, lemon, romaine, and mint leaves to your juicer's hopper.
  • Turn on your juicer and watch the magic happen!
  • Optionally strain your juice, then pour it into glasses (ideally over ice cubes) and enjoy!

Notes

  • This recipe yields a little over 3 cups, making 3 small or 2 larger servings.
