Instructions
Prepare the produce by cutting off the rind of the watermelon and then cutting it into large chunks. Next, peel the lemon and remove its seeds.
Add the watermelon, lemon, romaine, and mint leaves to your juicer's hopper.
Turn on your juicer and watch the magic happen!
Optionally strain your juice, then pour it into glasses (ideally over ice cubes) and enjoy!
Notes
This recipe yields a little over 3 cups, making 3 small or 2 larger servings.
