Root Veggie Juice

This juice is the perfect way to celebrate the beginning of the new season!

Servings: 750 mL (about 3 cups)

Ingredients 

  • 1 thumb fresh ginger root
  • 10 carrots
  • 1 large beet or 2 small beets
  • 2 apples
  • 3-5 celery stalks

Instructions

  • Wash the produce. 
  • Add it to your juicer (cutting larger fruits and veggies into small pieces.)
  • Add everything to your juicer, juice it. 
  • Strain the juice (optionally). 
  • Enjoy!
